Found out about A-1 through an interview he did with The Neighborhood. He was describing what life is like living and emerging in San Francisco. Life in the SFC can be sorted for native Sucka Free Children. If you couple that fact with trying to emcee in a city know for it’s culture and music then the recipe can be a tricky au jus. A-1 provides visuals that remind me of the Nike Galaxy Foamposites expressed through hip-hop. He has an honest characteristic to his rhymes and a humility in the way he explains to his unborn children the reality of having a father that persued music as a career. Fresh.
